OIL-FREE AIR COMPRESSOR DECADES OF EXPERIENCE Air Techniques has been developing and manufacturing a wide range of oil-free piston compressors for more than 50 years. One of our newest developments is a robust, high-performance membrane drying system. This system is fully automatic and supplies dry and clean air of the best quality. OIL-AND MAINTENANCE-FREE Maintenance, such as checking the oil level, changing and disposing oil, is not necessary. Our systems are environmentally friendly and provide the lowest cost of ownership. RECEIVER WITH ANTIBACTERIAL COATING Air Techniques uses receivers with proprietary antibacterial internal coating. Thus, Air Techniques supplies the highest quality compressed air possible. ADVANTAGE OF THE OIL-FREE COMPRESSOR • 100% continuous running operation • Extremely dry air supply • Low purge air consumption yielding high energy efficiency • Low pressure dew-point ≤ 5°C (41°F) (at 40°C ambient temperature) • Patented pressure control valve • Water separator with integrated automatic condensate drainage (Model AERO-100 / AERO-200 only) • Maintenance-free operation – change intake air filter only once a year • Long lifespan even when used at fluctuating pressures VARIOUS SOLUTIONS WITHOUT MEMBRANE DRYER The units are equipped with the following components standard: oil-free compressor/motor mounted with anti-vibration dampers on an antibacterial coated pressure receiver. Control gear with all necessary operating and safety features. An available option includes automatic condensate drainage valve and starting relief with solenoid valve. WITH MEMBRANE DRYERS The standard unit has an oil-free compressor/ motor, a control gear, a quick coupling with hose nozzle. The compact design allows the cooler and the membrane dryer to be mounted on the top of the pressure receiver, which features the antibacterial internal coating.
